COMMERCIAL TRAVELLERS' FEDERATION.

M'Phcrson (president) presided, and briefly outlined the objects of the meeting, after which Mr James Brown gave a concise account of the history of the movement to bring about amalgamation. On his motion it was resolved unanimously—“ That this meeting considers that in the best interests of this association and of commercial travellers generally it is advisable that all the New Zoa'and Commercial Travellers and Warehousemen’s Associations should unite; resolved accordingly that immediate steps be taken to join the Federated Association of New Zealand ; and that a committee bo authorised to make all necessary arrangements.”
