SYDNEY, July 21. At a confirmation service at North Sydney Archbishop Kelly said the greatest fault in the Australian was his iove of a good time hero below. The women thought too much of dress, and would rot now even be married in the morning, when a mass could be said, but must wait until the evening, so that they could have a feast. “ I have heard, further,” said the archbishop, “ that some children don’t bear correction even in the schools. That is the way to Hell.”
