Scalier lover lias been more prevalent in Wellington during the past four weeks than in the corresponding period of last year (the Xi-iv Zealand Times states). Thirty-four cases -were reported to the hospital authorities. in addition to the -cases brought to Wellington by the Corim hie and the Reimn ra, whereas last year only 26 wore notified.
