THEFTS OF JEWELLERY
DARING ROBBERIES. LONDON, April 30. A motor car stopped opposite a jeweller's shop at Brixton at midday. A man descended from the car, broke a window, seized a tray containing 50 rings, and re-entered the motor car and escaped. May 1. Mr Rosenthal, a diamond merchant of Holborn, was hustled while landing at Folkstone, and was robbad of £BOOO worth of gems.
