CHARGE OF MURDER
MELBOURNE, April 25. The body of Charles Price, a landowner, was found in the Victorian bush with a bullet wound in the bock. At the inquest the evidence el lowed that Price had been on very friendly terms with the wife of a neighbour, and that the latter had been heard to threaten to shoot Price. April 27. The inquest on the body of Charles Price, a land-owner, who was found in the bush at Omeo with a bullet wound in his back, has been concluded. David Kelly, a neighbour of the dead man, has been committed for trial on a charge of murder. At the inquest it was stated in evidence that Price had been familiar with the wife of a neighbour, and the latter had been heard to threaten to shoot him.
