The installation of a tramway system for Invercargill has, among other advantages, increased the returns of the various business houses. Those especially who are situated in close proximity to the terminus of a line can bear evidence of this fact, and report (says the Southland Times) that business has gone ahead at quite a remarkabio rate during the past few weeks.
