ACTION AGAINST MR MASSEY. NAPIER, April 3. Mr J. Payne, M.P., has instructed Messrs Dolan and Ferguson t-o issue a writ against .Mr \V. F. Massey, leader of the Opposition, for alleged slander. Damages are laid at £3OOO.
