The following is included therein : We have every reason to know the board is fortunate in having in its service a body of men and women whose character and professional attainments are without question, and, on our part, we feel we have every reason to congratulate ourselves on our association with fellow-workers whose loyal cooperation and strenuous endeavours have been the chief factors in maintaining the high educational efficiency of the district. The report showed that 151 schools were clas&ed at satisfactory to good, 12 as fair, and six as inferior. In 1910 the figures were 135, 18, and 10 respectively.
