AUSTRIA AND GERMANY
A MARKED COOLNESS. VIENNA, October 16. The newspaper Reichs Poet, the mouthpiece of the heir to the throne and military circles, endorses the German newspaper complaints that Austria has latterly shown a coolness to Germany over the Moroccan question, which has been markedly "in contrast to her friendliness with Italy in the Tripolitan conflict.
