ACTION FOR DAMAGES.
CLAIM AGAINST A DOCTOR. AUCKLAND, August 16. In the case in which Frederick Shorland, of Taumarunui, sued Dr Stanley Bull, of Auckland, claiming £598 damages for the alleged unskilful treatment of his wife, the jury returned a verdict for plaintiff for £lB9 10s. Judgment was entered accordingly, with costs.
