CHRISTCHURCH BEAUTY PARLOUR CASE.
CHRISTCHURCH, August 18. The case known locally as the beauty parlour case, was again before the Magistrate's Court, when Mr T. A. B. Bailey, S.M., after hearing legal argument, nonsuited plaintiff, Eva Mabel Emerson, who claimed £25 from Hemsley, Burnett (Ltd.) for breach of agreement to teach the plaintiff the arts and mysteries of the business.
