Waikouaiti, August 18, 1911. 19au TTNDER "THE PRESUMPTION OF LFE (SCOTLAND) ACT, 1891." * A WRIT has been presented in the Sheriff Court of Argyllshire at Dunoon, Scotland, at the instance of Mrs ISABELLA M'NAB ox STEWART, widow, 16 Montague street, Rothesay, and others, praying the Court to find that JOHN M'NAB, sometime fisherman, Furnace, by Inveraray, and thereafter successively at Gore, Invercargill, and Mount Royal, Palmerston South (where he lived, being employed on the station), New Zealand, _ wa6 last heard of in January, 1592, and is presumed to have died afc Woodlands, Southland, New Zealand, on 31st January, 1899. Upon said Writ the Sheriff has pironounoed the following Deliverance: Dunoon, July 4, 1911. Having considered the foregoing Writ, appoints a copy thereof and of this Deliverance to bo served on JOHN M'NAB, Fisherman, Goatfield, and JOHN M'NAB, Fisherman, Furnace, the two Executors mentioned in the Writ, and a like copy to be posted on the walls of the Sheriff Court, Dunoon ; also appoints notioe of the purport of this Writ and Deliverance to be made by advertisement once in the Oban Times, Weekly Herald, Weekly Mail, and Otago Witness, Otago, New Zealand, newspapers; and ordains any Party interest who may desire to oppose the Writ, or to be heard' in relation thereto, to lodge a NOTICE of APPEARANCE in the hands of the Sheriff l Clerk at Dunoon on or before 31st OCTOBER, 1911, with certification.
