ANSWERS TO CORRESPONDENTS.
Young Girl. —We do not as a rule answer health questions. Probably your best plan would be to consult a good toilet specialist about your double chin. Here are one or two exercises, however, that you may find useful:—(l) With curved forefingers massage gently but firmly from under the chin back towards the ears. (2) Lean forward as far as possible, throwing the arms back to keep the balance of the body, and with the head raised turn it slowly from side to side as far round as it will go. Do this two oir three times, stand erect, and repeat. (8) Stand straight, arms down, and let the head drop back as far as possible. Do this several times.
