TRAGEDY NARROWLY AVERTED. WELLINGTON, May 15. Three boys—Cecil Ellison (15) William Curlew (14), and Alfred Hart (14)— were capsized in the harbour at 7 p.m. y es terdav, when they were retiring from Day’s Bay in a 12ft scow. When they were about half a mile from the boat harbour a sudden squall capsized the boat. Ellison got his companions on to the bottom of the capsized craft, and then started to swim to the shore.
