DAISY PRIMROSE'S WEDDING.

A very pretty wedding was celebrated at the Church of St. John of God, Subiaco. on April 27, between Mr Timothy Michael Quinlan, late of Lorrha, Co. Tipperary, Ireland, and Miss Sarah Julia (Dolly) Pinn, late of Dunedin, N.Z. The Rev. W. Gallagher officiated at the ceremony. The bride, who was given tway by her father, looked charming in a soft cream silk robe beautifully draped with silk chiffon caught up vith silver trimming and orange blossom, and having a deep flounced train of chiffon. She wore in exquisite silk net veil, finely worked with silver daisies, caught up on the head with a wreath of orange blossom.; and she carried a massive shower bouquet of maidenhair fern, tuberoses, daisies, and moss rosebuds. Miss Paulina Pratt (sister), who acted as bridesmaid, wore a cream silk Empire frock, finely worked and trimmed with silver and real lace, and a French hat of black moire, lined with white and trimmed with silver and black ostrich feathers. She canned a bouquet of maidenhair fern and pink roses and carnations, with streamers. _ She also wore a pearl blister brooch (gift_ of the bridegroom). Mrs Pinn wore a directoire gown of violet Shantung: silk, richly worked with black Russian braid and satin buttons, and a violet toque to match, trimmed with ospreys and moss roses. The bridegroom was attended by'Mr W. T. Fulham as best man and Mr T. Walsh as groomsman. The wedding breakfast was held at "Wanaka," Malcolm, street (the residence of the bride's parents), where a large congregation of happy friends had gathered to wish the young couple joy in their new sphere, and where numerous costly present were dispila.jbd, conspicuous among the numbeiil being gifts from South Africa. New Zealand, and the Eastern States. After the usual toasts and happy repast, the party made merry w'ith music, dancing, etc., which lasted well into the morning. Mr and Mrs Quinlan left for tho seaside at 7.30 p.m.
