1 REPAIRS ALMOST COMPLETED. , AUCKLAND, April 21. Ihe repairs to the Kaipara are completed with the exception of a small now toon of the insulation. The vessel was unlocked this afternoon, and will be out ot the workmen's hands in two or three days. Twenty plates and 30 frames were replaced, and the tests carried out yesterday proved satisfactory to Lloyd's surveyor and the Government Inspector of!,. Machinery. She will load for London »here and in the south.
