The Plains Station, Stock and Plant, as a going concern, and consisting of: 6304 ACRES Freehold Land, situated on the banks of the Mararoa River, together with an Education Reserve adjoining of 2250 acres, leased at an annual rental of £ll3 8s 10a, the lease expiring on Ist May, 1915. A large proportion of .the Freehold is river fiat land, which grows very fine grass, wheat, barley, oats, and turnips, the balance being very nice rolling downs and low hills.
