STEPHENSON, & CO. « V (LIMITED) have received instructions from the Messrs Elliott Bros., who are dissolving partnership,, to offer by public auction, at the above time and place. The Plains Station, Stock and Plant, as a going concern, and consisting of: 6304 ACRES Freehold Land, situated on the banks of the Mararoa River, together with an Education Reserve adjoining of 2250 acres, leased at an annual rental of £ll3 8s 10a, the lease expiring on Ist May, 1915.
