UNFAIR COMPETITORS
LONDON, March 16. British manufacturers and exporters have formed an influential association to combat unscrupulous foreign competition. They do not propose to boycott foreign goods generally, but only those palmed off on the public as British. They also>" intend to institute prosecutions- against fraudulent traders.
