OTTAWA, March 15. , The Dominion Government is advancing six million dollars to the Montreal Harbour Commission.to provide additional port facilities. The contract with the New Zealand Shipping Company provides for a monthly, sailing, Montreal being the port in summer and St. John in winter, calling al Halifax .also. The subsidy is £2OOO a month, and the freight rates are not to exceed those from similar ports in the United States.
