The Property is situated two miles from Owhiro Railway Siding and four miles from Mosgiel. Allanton Post and Telegraph Office is distant only one mile. 1. KEITH .HALL FARM, consists of 615 acres 0 rood 08 poles, of which 90 acres are hill land, the balance being about the richest alluvial land on the Taieri Plain. The flat land is subdivided into six or more small paddecks, and one large paddock. All in permanent pasture except ! some 24 acres in stubble and 11 acres in i mangels.. This land is watered by perpetual springs. The fences are of posts and wire, and gorse. (b) Gamble's Block, containing about 70 acres, is let on a tenancy terminating on 9th September, 1910. On' this block is the Meadowbank Cottage, insured for £250, and a byro insured for £IOO. (c) Wilson's Flat, about 150 acres, in three 50-acre paddocks, intersected by the railway line. On this block is the Woolshed iliil of 10 acres, and the tenant of Keith Hall Farm will have the right to use the woolshed and yards erected thereon. This block, also, is splendidly watered by springs. (d) Meadowbank proper contains about 100 acres, and of this about 22 acres are in mangels and 5 acres in turnips, rest being in grass.
