LONDON, March 21. Writing to Mr Moral, the secretary of the Congo Reform Association, the Primate denies that foe is satisfied with the present position in the Congo. He is not merely disappointed, hut is Tendered profoundly uneasy by Sir E. Grey's speech in the House of Commons. He adds that, it is impossible to share the Foreign Office's gentle optimism and chivalrous consideration for the difficulties of the new sovereign—it does not relieve us of our, responsibility.
