COREAN UNREST
SEOUL, March 7.
A Murder League has been discovered at Seoul as the result of 'investigations into the Premier's attempted asassinatkm. A prisoner admits that there was a plot with a branch at Vladivostock to murder the Korean Cabinet and the leading Japanese officials. The death of Prince Ito was connected with the scheme. Fifteen arrests have been made.
