The local Stipendiary magistrate has been kent hrsv throughout to-day hearing eases which arose out of breaches of the Honor law.

The same defendant was charged with forwarding an ord« r for Honor to Messrs Speight and Co. and not criving the name and address of the person for whom

judgment was deferred. Two charge* alleging receipt of orders were brought against George Adamson, another carrier, but were dismissed. .

A similar case against William Tait was dismissed.
