CLARK:.—At the Lumsden D.H. School residence, on Tuesday, January 25, at 11.15 a.m., of meningitis, John Kyle Hamilton, the loved elder son of Win. H. and M; K. Clark—lnterment in Portohello Cemetery after the arrival of the boat which meets the 12.10 p.m. train from Dunedin. Priends please accept this the only intimation. COPLAND.—On January 18, 1910, at his residence, Ardgowan, North Otago, James Munro, second son of Margaret and the late Alexander Milne Copland. DOCHERTY.—At Gatlins, on January 18, John Andrew Doeherty (accidentally killed whilst bush-felling). Born at the Kilmug, Taieri Beach, July, 1873. 'DOUGLAS. —At Johannesberg, South Africa, on December 13, 1909, Margaret, wife of William Smellie Douglas, accountant, formerly of Dunedin. FINDLAY.—On January 21, 1910, at Dunedin, Andrew, the beloved husband of Janet Findlay, of 23 Carnarvon street, Belleknowes, Mornington, and son of the late John Findlay, timber snerchant; aged 40 vears. Deeply regretted. GALLAGHER.— On January 17, at Alexandra (accidentally killed on dredge Enterprise), Patrick J.
