(Pbom Our Own Correspondent.) INVERCARGILL, January 13. At the meeting of the Southland Hospital and Charitable Aid Board this afternoon the members discussed the position with regard to the erection of th© sanatorium for consumptives at Palmerston. and the following motion was carried That this board is of opinion that it would not be advisable at the present time to make anv definite arrangements binding the board to any joint scheme for the creation of a sanatorium at Palmerston.” The Otago authorities are to be asked to submit for the consideration of the bouthland board a charge per head pei? week for the tregtpiettt of patients?
