T'Ka heavy litigation which has been pending for a long tune oast between Thermos Limited and the British Calorie Comnany. involving the question of the validity of the Thermos OonarAny’s patent, has now been finally determined in favour of Thermos Limited. Proceedings taken by the British Oatens Company in the Patent Office for the -revocation of the Thermos patents were some weeks -ago in favour of Thermos Limited, who wore awarded their costa by the Comp* trollo*.
