The bar is on once more at the mouth of ihe Tokomainro River, and the waters are Slacking up rapidly. There has been (the 'Bruce Herald says) a clearance for the last v \B months, but tho low river has caused tho bar to form again, so it is likely to continue until a fresh occurs to clear it, unless artificial means are adopted. The road will be submerged if the bar it not cleared.
