MELBOURNE, January 17. Owing to the growing public dissatisfaction with the continual dislocations of the telegraph service throughout the Commonwealth, the Postmaster-General has called a conference of the telegraphic heads to devise means of overcoming the difficulty. He declares his determination to put the service into proper order, whatever the cost mav be.
