ARGENTINE CATTLE.
BUENOS AIRES, January 7. In consequence of a mission to the United States, Argentine has asked for the abolition of the British restrictions against Argentine stock. Negotiations are practically completed to secure that end, and it is expected that the change will operate from March or April next.
