OTAGO MAGISTERIAL DISTRICTS.
PROPOSED REARRANGEMENT. The Minister 01 Justice (Hon. Dr Find% lay) has made the following rearrangement - of magisterial districts in Otago : — Mr- Young, &fcf. : Proposed districts • Queenstown,, Arcowtown, Pembroke, Gore, • Waikaia, "Tapanui, Luinsden. Present district — Quneenstown.. Arrowtown,' Pembroke, ' Clyde, Cromwell, Alexandra, Roxburgh. Mr Bartholomew S.M. : Proposed clis- ' triet — Lawrence, Milton, Balclutha,. Clinton, Kaitangata, Owaka, Roxburgh. Precent 'district— Lawrence, Milton, Balclutha, Clinton, Kaitangata, Owaka, Gore, Waikaia, Tapanui. Mr Kenrick at present " takes Balclutha, Clinton, Kaitanigata, and! Owaka. On his transfer to Hawera, Mr Bartholomew will take' it, and will also assist in Dunedin. Mr Porritt, S.M. : Proposed district— Naseby, St. Bathans, Hyde, Patearoa, Macrae's, ' Blacks, Middlemarch, Clyde, Cromwell Alexandra. Present district— Naseby, St. Bathane, Hyde, Patearoa, Macraes, Blacks, Middlemarch. Mr Bartholomew at present takes Patearoa.
