Tho attention of horse-owners is directed to the excellent programme issued by the Winton Jockey Club for their annual meeting-, which takes place on November 9 and 10. The principal event on the hrst day i* to be the Winton Cup, of 130sovs, one mile jiad a-quarter , and on the second day the Biithday Stakes, of llOsovs, one mile, will be the chief item.
