Melbourne Presbytery, has ' been committed to prison for contempt for I refusing to produce a copy of a letter ' sent by the Presbytery to the defendantj in the action Rev Mr Ronald v. Robert j Harper (a member of the House of Repre- ' sentatdves). i Mr Murdoch insisted , that he had sworn < to keep all the documents of the Presbytery, and could, not. give them up without '' -the- Presbytery's^ authority.
