Mr Kent, Attorney -general in Newfoundland, -will confer with Mr Elihu Root, Mr John Bryce (British Ambassador in America), and Mr Aylesworth (Canadian Minister of Justice) respecting the final draft of the Canadian-Newfound-land Coastal Fisheries Arbitration Treaty.
