In their second innings South Australia have lost nine wickets for 351 (Mayne 142, not out Claxton 35, and Gehra 75). January 7. Th,s cricket match between Victoria and South Australia was concluded, to-day, resulting in a win. for the latter by 16 miis. South Australia continued their second innings. Mayne was bowled without adding to his score, and the innings closed for 351. Victoria, requiring 133 to win, were disposed of for 117, Ransford (30) aJkl Anmstronig (19) being the chiei scorers. O'Connor was mainly responsible for Victoria's downfall, securing seven wickets for 36.
