MINISTERS SWORN IN.
WELLINGTON, January 7. The Hon. A. T. Ngata and the Hon. T. Mackenzie were sworn in at Palmerston to-day, the Hon. Messrs Millar and Carroll being in attendance. Th& Hon. A. W. Hogg goes en Saturday to Masterton, where he will be fittingly entertained by his friends.
