Post-master-general, Minister of Defence, Minister of Lands and Agriculture (having given up Friendly Societies, Advance ; to Settlers. Old-age Pensions, and Public j Trust), Land and Income Tax, Electoral Department, and Advertising Department. Hon. J. Carroll, Native Minister, Minister of Stamps and Deeds, Minister in charge of the Advances to Settlers' Department, Minister in charge of the Cook Islands. Hon. J. A. Millar, Minister of Railways, Minister of Marine, Minister in charge of Friendly Societies, and Minister in charge of the Machinery Department. Hon. G. Fowlds, Minister of Education, Minister of Immigration, Ministei In charge of Mental Hospitals and Fire Insurance Department. Hon. Dr Findlay, Attorney-general, Minister of Justice, and Minister in charge of the Crown Law Department. Hon. R. M'Kenzie, Minister of Public Works and Minister of Mines. Hon. A. W. Hogg, Minister of Labour, Minister of Customs, Minister of Roads and Bridges, and Minister in charge oi the Government Printing Office. Hon. D. Ngata will receive the £400 already provided for by act of Parliament for an additional member of rhe Native race in the Executive. Messrs Ngata and T. Mackenzie were not sworn in to-day. The former is delayed at Gisborne by the illness of his wjfe. The latter arrives from the south in the morning, and will be tben sworn in.
