TERRORISTS AT WORK
LONDON, January 4. The Daily Mail states that a student momentarily deposited a packet containing a bomb on a table in the Central Cafe, in St. Petersburg, and a waitec, touched it, whereupon it exploded and he was killed. Twenty people were arrested, including several at the Palace of Tsarkoe-Selo. The police claim to have made the discovery of a vast Terrorist plot against the lives of tfcie Imperial family and high officials.
