LONDON, November 29. The Coort of Appeal has unanimously decided that a trades union is not empowered to levy mouey for the suppdrt of members of Parliament, and refused to ■suspend on injunction pending an appeal from its decision to the House of Lords. Novembqp '30. Mr Davis, the* treasurer of the Trades Union Congress, states that Parliament' will be asked to pass an amending bill authorising the unions to support Labour members. He added that the Government would support such a measure. Mr Keir Hardie indicated that if the House of Lords did not reverse the decision then Parliament would be asked' to amend the law.
