The Canterbury Hotel and Restaurant Employees' Union has made an application for the extension of its award to a number of hotel and restaurant employers. The same union has filed a dispute, which has been referred direct to the Arbitration Court, asking for an award to cover employees in restaurants ami oveter saloons.
