DEPARTURE OF AMERICAN SQUADRON.
LONDON, August 25. I An American squadron of six of the largest and most modern armoured cruisers and seven destroyers, commanded by Admiral Swinburne, has left San Francisco for Samoa, where it gees at Germany's invitation, and thence to San i Diego and Magdalena Bay, returning to , San Francisco in December.
