DISPERSAL SALE. SOME SPLENDID PRICES. ! CHRISTCHURCH, August 12. The sale of the late Mr G. G. Stead's horses was held to-day at the Yaldhurst and Grasslea stables. "The attendance was •very large, buyers being present from all parts of Now Zealand and Australia. The purchases made by Messrs J. D. Hall, G. F. Palmer, and J. Chadwick were on behalf of Messrs W.
