The importation into Queensland is prohibited of the following nlants : Potatoes from New Zealand and all other countries in which the disease caused by phytophthora infestans (potato blight) exists: plants or portions of plants of all and every specks of vines from New Zealand and all other countries in which phylloxera vastatrix (grape vine blight) is known to exist.
