J. J. Kennedy, a labourer, working with deceased's gang, said he heart! Tognazzini say there was gelignite in ona hole, and v he would go for it early. Lindsay replied that lie would take the gelignite out himself. Lindsay made three strokes with his pick, and the third caused the explosion..' .
