Sam writes:—"When signing my will, do I require te stamp it? If so, wha-t stamp do I require—that is, if I make the will myself and sign, it before two witnesses? ——Answer: No stamp is required. Constant Reader.—A person leaving New Zealand cannot appoint a proxy to record a vote for him at a county council election. _
