A prosecution which should be a. 'warn!* ing to those controlling 1 the affairs of si company was heard at the Polioe Court* this afternoon. The Churchill Co-opera^ five- Dairy Company waa charged 4 T»^^* having failed to forward to the registraC of companies the annual list of _ share* holders and a summary of the capital, arequired by section 101 of "'The Com* panics Act, 1903." , There were two infor-* mations and the offence was not denied., The magistrate imposed a fine of'6d pc» day from the date of the breach of eachi charge. On one charge the fine totalled £13 0s 6d and costs (£1 Bs}, and on. thother £3 18s, with £1 19 a costs,
