Esq , to sell by public auction at above time and place, i WARWICK DOWNS STATION, Comprisino 10,381 ACRES FREEHOLD 10,381 1,632 ACRES LEASE IN 1,632 PERPETUITY 8,130 ACRES PASTORAL 8.150 , LEASEHOLD I With Stock and Plant, As a Going Concern; Or in Two Lots, as mentioned hereunder. The STOCK consists of 12,111 SHEEP 12,111 (of which 5100 are Breeding Ewes and 2000 two-tooth Ewes.) 100 CATTLE 100 16 HORSES 16 IMPLEMENTS, FURNITURE, Etc. Of the Freehold Land, which is all lowlying, about 2000 acres has been cultivated, and at present 470 acres ie in turnips, 68 acres in turnips and grass, and 123 acres in oats (sown down with gras.s), the balance being in English pasture. In addition, the bulk of the remainder can easily be broken up.
