Mr Riddell, S.M., gave judgment to-day in the case against Captain Kempson, master of the Athenio, who was charged) with transferring- firemen from the Athenio to the lonic without first discharging them! in the presence of the superintendent, mi manner provided by the Shipping and Sea» men Act.
