WELLINGTON, January 30. The annual meeting of the Board of Governors of the New Zealand Institute is being held to-day, Mr G. M. Thomsor presiding. The annual report stated that the members on the roll of various incorporated! societies were as follow : —Auckland, 104; Wellington, 101; Canterbury, 147s Otago>. 116; Hawke's Bay, 46; Nelson, 35 f Westland, 46; Manawatu, 63; total, 713.
