GEEYHOTJTH, February 2.
Boring operations have been going on in the Ahaura River by the No Town Creek Company, with the object of placing an up-to-date dredge on the same, and the_ prospects obtained have proved of a nature *o> warrant the promoter b going ahead, the next few months should see the Ahaura River again being worked by dredges of "a mueh> better class than those of the present venture.
