THE BERLIN SCANDAL.
BERLIN, January 7. Judge Ker, who presided at HeTr Hardens first trial, has l)een transferred from the Bench to another department of the Ministry of Justice. Judge Schmidt, the president of th*e trial when -Herr Harden wa6 acquitted OH' a charge of lese majeste, was similarly removed a few days ago.
